All papers published in the 16th International Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering that was held in Osaka, Japan in 2005, and the 17th International Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering that was held in Alexandria, Egypt in 2009  are now available through the ISSMGE online library
